Inland Revenue Department IRD just released the notice that every tax payer has to update their taxpayer information in IRD website and which can be done online. Taxpayer has to submit their current location information, contact person name, email and mobile number through online. It process called know your taxpayer (KYT) and every taxpayer has to submit KYC to enjoy the service from IRD. Without KYC Update taxpayer can't verify VAT return, Exise Return as well as annual income tax return and other service which regularly providing by IRD. Now KYT verification is compulsory for all tax payers. The process is very easy, Once you get taxpayer dashboard you will find KYC menu and massage also can been seen the display for KYC Update. Taxpayer can click the menu and input the company update location information, contact person information and mobile number then once it submit OTP send to that mobile number which to be put for update submission.
